Whole Life Challenge Day 5

What did you consume?


I call this series "Office Torture"
A veggie omelet, more of that chili (which I really didn't feel like eating), a Larabar, some cashews, a banana with almond butter and an egg with guacamole. Hmm...maybe I ate too much?

Were you active and what did you do?


Felt really good about my workout today–A 10 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of 10 power cleans at 95# and 30 double unders. Got the score of the day (230 reps) and can feel my engine slowly getting better again.

Did you complete the lifestyle challenge and how did it feel?


Appropriately hydrated.

Did you cheat/lie?


No. I did some light stretching for my hip and shoulder throughout the day, so I gave myself the mobility points. Maybe a little questionable but whatever.


How do you feel?


Work: "Oh hey, Christy, can you please order the sweets tray for our meeting and pick it up from Corner Bakery? Oh, wait that's mean, huh? Go anyway." [Laughter]

Me: [Bangs head on desk] "Okay, let me just give myself a concussion first so I don't understand what's happening." [Resumes banging head on desk] "Okay, I'll go now."

After the meeting, the leftovers went to the kitchen, where I proceeded to stare at  the cookies for a solid 5 minutes, willing myself to be strong. I then grabbed a stray M&M from the tray and, just as it met my lips, hurled it into the trash can, grumbled obscenities and walked dejectedly back to my desk.

Only 55 more days! (Oh my god.)
